JAFFLES
The ritual of jaffle making is marked with the earliest sign of childhood independence. All we needed was two slices of plain white square bread with butter and an imagination. No filling combination was impossible. A dream made possible by one Australian man: Dr Earnest Smithers of Bondi in 1949. They were considered trendy enough for entertaining as well; simple to use and produces a most appetising toast "pie."

GYSPY ESPRESSO
Gypsy Espresso cares about quality. They use only the finest Arabica beans sourced by travelling to origin to search the land themselves, carefully hand-roasted by their team of coffee experts. It is the culmination of their knowledge, care and skill in all aspects of the process that has resulted in the creation of coffee that is close to magical.

THE TEA COLLECTIVE
Pioneers in luxury and bespoke tea blends, the Tea Collective prides themselves on creative and imaginative blends and exquisite single origin teas. The boutique tea merchant was founded in 2014 in the coastal town of Newcastle, NSW.
