Where do you deliver to?
We offer same day guaranteed delivery to the following postcodes:

Do I need to accept my delivery in person?
An authorised person must be available to accept the delivery at the specified location. If there is not, as part of your order you authorise us to deliver the goods anyway (if we consider it safe and reasonable to do so). You can request for the delivery to be left by the door, but we do not take any responsibility (please include this instruction with your order).
What if my delivery address is incorrect?
If you provide us with an incorrect address you will be required to pay for re-delivery to the correct address prior to re-delivery. If this is for flowers re-delivery needs to happen within 24 hours, or you can collect the flowers from the shop in Kirribilli within 48 hours.
How long do I have to collect my order?
If goods are being collected, once we have informed you that they are ready for collection, you must collect flowers within 24 hours, and gifts/plants within 7 days (unless otherwise agreed).
What if my flowers are not collected or accepted for delivery?
If flower orders are not collected or re-delivery not arranged and pre-paid for, there is no cancellation or refund on flowers after they have been ordered and paid for in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

If the delivery person arrives on the agreed day and time range, but is unable to deliver the goods, or considers that it is unsafe to do so, you will be required to pay for re-delivery before they are re-delivered.
Are there any additional delivery fees?
Some goods may require extra resources due to the weight, volume or size of the goods, which may incur an additional charge. We will inform you of this in advance.
COVID-19 Delivery
At BLOOMINGALES we are taking every measure to ensure your well-being. Should you wish for your order to be left in a safe place instead of having it hand delivered, please specify this in the Delivery Notes section at checkout.

Please note that deliveries may take a little longer than usual. We continue to work hard to deliver your order on time and keep these temporary restrictions to a minimum. We thank you for your patience and understanding during these unprecedented times.
