DELIVERY FAQ

For same day deliveries, orders are required by 12pm. Click and collect available during business hours.

• Deliveries are guaranteed by 6.00pm.
• Our delivery team are dedicated to having your order delivered carefully and as per the instructions that you provide. The access must be reasonably safe and easy.
• An authorised person must be available to accept the delivery at the specified location. If there is not, as part of your order you authorise us to deliver the goods anyway (if we consider it safe and reasonable to do so). You can request for the delivery to be left by the door, but we do not take any responsibility (please include this instruction with your order).
• If the delivery person arrives on the agreed day and time range, but is unable to deliver the goods, or considers that it is unsafe to do so, you will be required to pay for re-delivery before they are re-delivered.
• If you provide us with an incorrect address you will be required to pay for re-delivery to the correct address prior to re-delivery. If this is for flowers re-delivery needs to happen within 24 hours, or you can collect the flowers from the shop in Kirribilli within 48 hours.
• If goods are being collected, once we have informed you that they are ready for collection, you must collect flowers within 24 hours, and gifts/plants within 7 days (unless otherwise agreed).
• If flower orders are not collected or re-delivery not arranged and pre-paid for, there is no cancellation or refund on flowers after they have been ordered and paid for in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
• Some goods may require extra resources due to the weight, volume or size of the goods, which may incur an additional charge. We will inform you of this in advance.
